In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and providing external support capacity for students at the Technical Business School.  You'll build a strong network of external partners and arrange everything necessary to offer future professionals a good learning environment. This position is for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You'll make things easier at Alliander.

The energy transition is impossible without you as an External Support Capacity Coordinator
As an external support capacity coordinator, you'll organize and secure sufficient and high-quality external support positions. You'll build a network of external partners and create new opportunities for structured collaboration. This allows you to play a vital role in accelerating the energy transition and training technical talent.

  • organizing and realizing external support capacity for our students.
  • building and managing a strong network of external partners.
  • initiating collaborations and supervising projects to connect new parties.
  • ensuring a good learning environment for external supervisors, including agreements and audits.
  • representing Alliander in regional collaborations and external consultations.

You'll be joining the Alliander Technical Company School team. This team plays a crucial role in developing and delivering technical training programs, with the goal of strengthening employee skills and accelerating the energy transition. Through training, guidance, and certification, the team ensures that sufficient technical personnel are trained to meet Alliander's growing demand.

The position is available in a hybrid format, and we believe it's important to work together at one of our Technical Business School locations (Leeuwarden, Duiven, and Haarlem), where you'll meet your colleagues. You can also work from home. We'll naturally provide the right facilities for your home office.
