The Management Assistant position is a position within the Operational Support & Consultancy job series. The Operational Support & Consultancy Officer often works in dynamic and diverse situations, in which effective action, maintaining an overview and coordination with those involved is required. It is a spider in the web function in which coordination takes place, information is exchanged and coordination takes place with many internal and external contacts.

The Operational Support & Consultancy Officer is responsible for supporting (project) management, board and/or other stakeholders. He/she does this in realizing (project) activities and/or departmental/team objectives. The support consists of coordinating and/or implementing administrative, organizational and/or professional activities. In addition, the person will monitor the intended quality and compliance with agreements, guidelines, laws and regulations and provide information and/or advice.

Characterization: subject matter/ senior executive support worker Performs work independently based on extensive professional knowledge, rules and instruction, requiring coordination with other work processes.

Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Minimum of MBO-3/ MBO-4 working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
