Assignment Description
Are you an experienced lawyer with knowledge of the social and societal domain? At the Municipality of Hellendoorn we are looking for a legal expert to join our team in connection with pregnancy and maternity leave of a colleague. You will work on legal issues within the social and social domain, such as the Social Support Act 2015, Youth Act and the Participation Act. You will also fulfill the role of secretary of the Objections Committee social domain and have an important role in legal quality assurance within the organization.

- You will provide legal advice to the organization on issues within the community and social domain;
- You handle appeals from residents in your role as secretary of the Social Domain Appeals Committee;
- You have a signaling and advisory role in the area of legal quality assurance and monitor legal consistency within the organization.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a completed university degree in law, preferably with experience in social and/or administrative law;
- You have experience working within the social and social domain at a municipality. If you also have experience with legal advice on public order and security issues that is a plus;
- You have excellent communication skills and can explain legal issues clearly and understandably to non-legal colleagues;
- You work independently, but are also able to collaborate with others within a dynamic and political organization;
- You have experience handling appeals and advising on the legal aspects of policy and implementation issues;
