Job description
As Commodity Buyer, you are responsible for the successful execution of our procurement processes for the direct spend category of mechanical parts, fasteners or for MRO. For these commodities you lead the bid, tender and supplier selection process, and you are responsible for the negotiation and implementation of contracts and framework agreements. Additional tasks are the supplier management and development by using the QLTC method. You can also act as Program Supply Manager, being the first contact for our projects. This includes alignment with the activities between project/proposal teams and procurement to assure the on quality, on time and on cost delivery of goods, services and information for the project and proposal team.
