Prepares definition and detailing of global operational WORLDLINE policies and executes – after approval of the DM HRM – the operational implementation, negotiates – where appropriate – with representative bodies regarding (local) labour conditions, advices – as first point of contact – Bod and (-/- one) Management and supports local management in realisation of HRM policies, according to the Worldline and HRM strategy and taking into account global and local law and regulations as well as compliance guidelines and boundaries, leading to adequate preparation and implementation of HRM policies, definition and agreement on local labour conditions, global coverage of HRM information exchange and local advise and support to management realising the ultimate HRM objectives.

Higher Vocational Education + Personnel and labor special knowledge Experience 5 – 6 ‘Adequate knowledge of relevant and current security regulations and –measures, as well as regarding regulations assigned by the schemes both to be applied to ongoing business and projects.
