Marketing Campaign Manager / Country Marketer

As part of our growth ambition, Worldline Financial Services is looking for a marketing campaign manager / country marketer for the Benelux. In close coordination with sales and business development, new target markets must be identified, for example in the insurance and fintech domain. And the right offer must be selected for these new markets. Based on the target market and offering, a local marketing plan must be developed and implemented to increase awareness and generate leads.
The marketing campaign manager / country marketer reports to the Manager Marketing, Worldline Financial Services. You will work daily with the local sales and business development teams and the international marketing, communications, product management and innovation teams.
Your main missions are:

  1. Awareness creation: increase the visibility of Worldline Financial Services and its services among financial institutions (banks, insurance companies and fintechs) and related stakeholders (consultants, associations and regulators) in the Benelux.
  2. Lead generation: generate marketing qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up by the country sales and business development teams.

Your desired profile:

  • Between 5 and 10 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Bachelor or Master in Business Economics or similar, with a specialization in marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience in the payments industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the banking, insurance and/or fintech industry is a plus.

Your desired experience in most of these items:

  • Proven experience in running awareness and lead generation campaigns.
  • Proven experience in content marketing and developing marketing collateral, for example: video’s, animations, brochures, white papers, infographics, blogs, presentations (PPT), etc.
  • Proven experience in working with social media tools, specifically LinkedIn (Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator), Twitter and Oktopost.
  • Proven experience in event marketing (physical or virtual), by organizing webinars & conferences and managing event participation.
  • Proven experience in working with marketing automation tools, specifically Pardot and Salesforce.

Your desired skills:

  • You have a strong work ethic, with an ability to take initiative and manage several projects at the same time.
  • You can work autonomously and at the same time perfectly collaborate in teams.
  • You know how to set priorities and manage cross-functional projects.
  • You deliver high-quality work and have an eye for detail.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French, spoken and written, is a plus.

Preferably Utrecht (The Netherlands).
