Within Action we are looking for a Medior PMO.
You will work as a PMO within the Technology department and will be assigned to a program and a project. In the program you will be part of an existing PMO team. The other project is in the starting-up phase. You will report into the central Technology PMO.
In this role you will work 38 hours (5 days) per week.  Hybryde working is possible with a minimum of 3 days onsite (60%) at the Action headquarter in Zwaagdijk-Oost.

  • Initial 3 months with possible extension

What are you going to do?

  • Support in update central program/project mailbox
  • Schedule program meetings
  • Prepare program meetings with the program manager and facilitates during the meetings (inclusive minutes)
  • Support to update project and program planning
  • Pro-actively support the project manager and program manager
  • Tracking and reporting, Ensure quality and timelines of planning and reports
  • Create & maintain the following project- & program processes:
    • Financials & resources
    • Change requests
    • Risks and issues
    • Time writing
    • Scope & scheduling
    • Governance
    • ServiceNow project updates
  • Safeguard that the agreed project managements standards are adhered too
  • Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge sharing within the central PMO team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as Program/Project PMO and preferably within large scale programs
  • Experienced with Financial project control
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MSP Foundation certified is preferable
  • Good knowledge of project processes and knowledge of different project/program methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of other MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with Risk & Issue Management
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
  • Dutch and English speaking with all documentation to be completed in English
