1. ORGANIZATION Reports hierarchically to Head of AIT & Secondment and operationally to the Logistics Coordinator.
2. PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION Perform the physical logistics process and administrative processing of goods flows to domestic and foreign countries.
3. FUNCTION CONTENT ON MAIN LINES
- Receives goods, checks receipt papers with number and type of items delivered, records discrepancies and stores goods according to the data from the company information system.
- Stores and withdraws goods from the warehouse.
- Collects goods for shipment, embeds goods in accordance with delivery arrangements and fills out shipping papers.
- Arranges transportation through carriers, makes arrangements for manner and time of transportation, within set frameworks.
- Records data related to receipt, storage and shipment of goods in computerized business systems.
- Manages, monitors and periodically checks the physically present flight stock and flight stock with a limited shelf life (shelf life) in the warehouse
- Periodically checks the physically present non-flight general stock in the warehouse and initiates the ordering of the non-flight general stock. .
- Manages (collects, sorts, stores and offers for disposal) hazardous materials in the warehouse in accordance with guidelines,.
- Supervises physically valuable and/or high-risk transports, loads and unloads own project containers at external test houses.
- Is responsible for and manages the hoisting and lifting equipment present; contributes to its selection and is responsible for and coordinates its periodic inspection by external companies. Initiates training for employees to safely perform lifting and hoisting activities
- Operates the lifting and hoisting equipment present and performs visual inspections (including under the hook) in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Directs daily cleaning activities in production facilities.
4. COMMUNICATION INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
Internal:
- With immediate colleagues to coordinate work.
External:
- With transporters to make arrangements about the manner, times of transport.
- With external companies for the purchase and certification (inspection) of hoisting and lifting equipment.

- Diploma: Forklift operator, certificate / diploma: Lifting.
