2 Account Managers Congestion

The Congestion Account Manager focuses on making the energy grid more flexible by contracting flexible power from customers and market participants.

Challenges:

• On the content axis: complex matter with different energy markets and congestion management products;
• On the axis of process: complex internal processes where we are ahead of the music here and there; and
• On the axis of conversation: complex conversations, possibly involving resistance conversations.

Ensures expectation management towards stakeholders and directional influence of these stakeholders. The Account Manager acts as an expert in a specialist area and from this role provides advice and prepares solutions, both inside and outside Alliander. In doing so, the Account Manager offers prospects for action (where possible), contributes to future-oriented (smart solutions) and helps give direction to the energy system of the future.

The Account Manager focuses on optimizing cooperation between various stakeholders/stakeholder groups and Alliander, identifying the interests, wishes and requirements of existing and new relationships. In doing so, the Account Manager takes into account the tension between existing laws and regulations, guidelines/objectives from within the organization and external desired solutions.

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Minimum college level of work and thinking. 
- Affinity with the energy industry
- 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience. 
- Possesses knowledge of the field.  
- Has some political-administrative experience.
