As Administrative Secretary, you—together with your colleagues in the administrative secretariat—serve as a stabilizing force within the employee participation system. You support the works council and its committees in terms of content, process, and organization, and actively contribute to a professional and effective employee participation system.
You monitor the quality and progress of advisory and approval processes, support executives and employee representative body members with complex issues, and ensure that legal frameworks are applied correctly. Thanks to your knowledge, organizational sensitivity, and ability to build relationships, you are a valued sparring partner and go-to resource for all parties involved.
Your duties include:
You will be working within the administrative secretariat of the Labor Relations team, which is part of the Compensation & Benefits department. It is a professional and dedicated team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development are key priorities.
