The Consultant position is a position within the Consultant job series. The Consultant is an expert in a field and from this role provides advice within and outside Alliander. The function involves developing a vision and advice. The Consultant also develops and implements knowledge, solutions and/or products and maintains relevant contacts.

The Consultant is responsible for developing and (co-)realizing a vision within the field, providing advice and maintaining a network relevant to the position, thus delivering intended results, improving processes and developing policy so that Alliander is aligned with internal and external developments.

Characterization: Consultant focused on multiple focus areas. Advises on tactical/strategic issues and bears ultimate responsibility for results and (customer) relations. Sparring partner for management.

Knowledge, skills and experience

- Minimum HBO+ working and thinking level.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

a. Internal and external clients have been supported by expert advice with impact.

a. Trends and developments affecting Alliander have been researched.
b. Vision has been developed so that Alliander can align with internal and external developments.

3.Commercial objectives realized
a. Propositions have been concretely formulated in commercial objectives.

For this assignment, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/ Data Analyst who will focus on establishing concrete KPIs and can create mapping based on them. The chosen candidate will serve as a sparring partner, but more importantly a source of knowledge within the internal stakeholders.
