You will support the creation of customer, stakeholder, and/or environmental and project communications. You will ensure that customers and other stakeholders receive the right message at the right time via the most appropriate channel. In doing so, you will contribute to greater customer convenience and more efficient processes.
This is how you work on the energy of today and tomorrow:
You create online and offline communication tools and content for Small Business customers (consumers, SMEs, housing associations, and municipalities).
You will contribute to the creation of communication and customer service plans, translate communication strategy, policy, and key messages into resources and actions, and contribute to their implementation.
Provides communication advice and identifies opportunities for improvement;
You support colleagues within the organizational unit in operational communication and customer service, thereby optimizing communication (processes) within the organizational unit.
You edit texts and ensure that they are consistent with Klein Verbruik's other customer communications.
Requirements and preferences
Experience as a Communications Advisor.
Knowledge of communication, customer service, and customer and stakeholder interests.
Extensive experience in writing texts at language level B1.
Affinity with and knowledge of the energy sector.
