Consultant Team PID Small Consumption

You make the grid more complete. As a consultant in the PID team, you work every day to improve knowledge sharing and streamline processes, enabling colleagues to help customers faster and more accurately. Your work directly increases customer satisfaction and contributes to a future-proof energy grid.

What you will do          

• Analyze and advise: You investigate processes, identify bottlenecks and advise on improvements.
• Translating business needs: You turn wishes and demands into concrete user stories and requirements.
• Process optimization: You develop and ensure uniform work processes and ensure that they meet customer needs.
• Knowledge management: You will assist with the migration and setup of Kleinverbruik's knowledge base, including structure, metadata, and search functionality.
• Change management: You guide the adoption of new working methods with workshops, communication and training, according to Prosci ADKAR.
• Agile working: You work in a multidisciplinary team of consultants, together with a Product Owner and Scrum Master, within an Agile Release Train.

You bring

• You get energy from creating order and structure.
• Experience with portals and system setup is a definite plus.
• Customer focus comes naturally to you. You understand that everything we do has an impact on our customers, and you act accordingly.
• You can recognize customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills: you can convince, connect and explain clearly.
• You have experience with change in an Agile environment, for example SAFe, Scrum or Kanban.
• Demonstrable experience with Prosci ADKAR or certification in this area is a plus. This is the preferred change management methodology at Alliander and helps you manage change effectively.

After these two conversations, we'll make a decision. This way, we ensure both you and we know there's a good match.
