Vacancy: Digitalization Policy Consultant (External Hire)
We are looking for a Digitalization Policy Consultant to help us establish a sound policy on digitalization.

What will you be doing?
You will start with a specific project. Quality and security are hot topics these days. We want to be sure that our quality and security policy is sound and is being implemented within our departments. You will take charge of this policy and ensure that clear agreements are made regarding its implementation.
In addition, you will also work on:
  • Centralize – There are already many policies in place, and we would like to consolidate them in one easily accessible location.
  • Standardize - You develop a proposal on how we can establish policy within Digitization.
  • Coordinate – We make agreements about who is responsible for the content and adoption of the policy.
  • Organizing – When policies need to be developed, you know how to bring together the right expertise from within the organization.
Who are you?
  • An experienced consultant with proven knowledge of policy development (minimum 5 years).
  • A connector who encourages collaboration and creates support.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at various levels.
  • Strong communicator and able to clarify complex issues.
  • You are decisive. You don't like half measures.
  • You have an affinity for quality and security.
