Change Consultant Labor Market Transformation

Would you like to use your HR expertise to contribute to a future-proof labor market and the energy transition? As an HR Change Consultant at Alliander, you will work on smart and sustainable HR solutions for tomorrow's challenges. This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, based in Arnhem. You will make the grid more innovative at Alliander.

As an HR Change Consultant, you are the link between social change and organizational development. Today, you are building the solutions that will make a difference tomorrow. As part of the Labor Market Transformation team, you will be working on one of the most pressing issues of our time: increasing our technical and digital capacity. Not just for Alliander, but for the entire energy sector. You will play a key role in translating labor market developments into smart, people-oriented solutions that really work.

What are you doing? You:

  • develops and implements innovative initiatives related to themes that affect the labor market. In this case, Skills-Based Organizing:
    • Implements skills-based organization in the business;
    • Maps the impact of Skills on the HR landscape and develops interventions.
  • builds bridges between HR and the business and between HR and IT;
  • have experience with and derive energy from drafting decision documents to gain support for your plan at various levels;
  • Convincing stakeholders, creating support, and maintaining control over implementation.
  • ensures change through continuous learning, measurement, and adjustment.

  • You have demonstrable experience in setting up and implementing complex change management processes, including stakeholder management and managing resistance. You are familiar with the PROSCI methodology.
  • You are sensitive to organizational needs and easily adapt your communication and style to different conversation partners; you know how to create support at various levels.
  • You work proactively, are results-oriented, and translate complex issues into clear, pragmatic implementation plans.
  • Experience within Alliander or the sector is an advantage.
