The energy transition is impossible without you as a Corporate Recruiter Engineering. As a recruiter, you are responsible for recruiting engineers, supervisors, and other technical specialists. You play a key role in attracting technical talent that helps make the Netherlands more sustainable. This is a 32-40 hour position based in Arnhem. You make Alliander even more professional.

As a Corporate Recruiter Technology, you play a key role in attracting technical talent that helps make the Netherlands more sustainable. Think of mechanics, measurement technicians, technical trainers, and supervisors. You know better than anyone how to reach and convince these target groups. You will work closely with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and other stakeholders involved in these processes. The aim is to recruit both experienced professionals and lateral entrants for our training and retraining programs.

We also take on other initiatives, such as organizing something for the team, working on improving the candidate experience, or helping with a project within the organization. In this way, we ensure that we continue to develop, both as a team and as individuals.

We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a Corporate Recruiter Technology, you will be contributing to this. Your responsibilities will include:  

  • providing recruitment advice to hiring managers and contributing to workforce planning.
  • conducting job vacancy intakes and ensuring concise, target group-oriented job vacancy texts.
  • Actively recruiting candidates through various channels and conducting selection interviews.
  • supervising the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to contract offer.
  • Taking the lead in improvement projects within the recruitment team, such as process optimization, employer branding, or candidate experience.
  • contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, communications, and training coordinators.

We are looking for a new colleague for the Outdoor Technology team. This team consists of eight fellow recruiters. In terms of profiles, they deal with all technical positions that are performed outdoors, such as mechanics and supervisors.

Recruitment also consists of the Internal Engineering Team, Staff & Management Team, IT Team, Sourcing, and Labor Market Communication (a total of around 60 colleagues). In addition, Recruitment Support takes care of a large part of our administrative tasks—great job, guys!

At Alliander, we work in a hybrid model. We believe it is important to connect with each other, which is why we enjoy working together at the office on Tuesdays (in Arnhem) and Thursdays (in Duiven).
