For the recruitment team Staff & Support there is room (32 hours) for an experienced corporate Recruiter with experience in staff vacancies such as HR, communication, consultancy, VMK, procurement, logistics, ... Hybrid working is possible, but at least 2 days on location (Arnhem and Duiven) and other days possibly on location due to interviews. Flexibility is required and living location is nearby (max 45 min travel).

Within your own portfolio you arrange everything from A to Z. Vacancy holders know how to find and appreciate you and your added value regarding recruitment. Make sure that everything runs smoothly in the process concerning a potential new colleague and show yourself in job interviews. Don't hesitate to share your good ideas within the team, to the stakeholders or new potential colleagues. Give all your candidates that same good first impression/treatment and transfer your enthusiasm to others. No hard targets, but best matches on quality, we believe in you and the rest of our colleagues that we can do this together. 

We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a corporate recruiter, you will be working on this. So you're busy with the: 

• recruitment process from A to Z. From the vacancy intake, to reviewing applications, conducting interviews and as icing on the cake, you get to make a nice offer and put a bow on the contract. 

• Work with our Labor Market Communications team to use creative ways to make Alliander visible among potential new colleagues.

At Alliander, we work hybrid. We do think connection with each other is important, which is why on Tuesdays and Thursdays we socialize at the office. Here we switch between our beautiful offices in Arnhem and Duiven.
