As a Workday Quality & Security Professional in Arnhem, you’ll work to create a secure, reliable, and future-proof HR landscape. You’ll combine your knowledge of Workday, security, and quality assurance to ensure that HR processes are optimally supported. You’ll work at the intersection of IT, HR, and compliance, thereby making a direct contribution to Alliander’s digital transformation. In this role, you’ll ensure that Workday not only functions properly but also meets the highest standards for quality and security. This is a position for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You’ll help make the grid smarter at Alliander.

You are responsible for improving and monitoring the quality and security of the Workday environment. You’ll work closely with colleagues in HR and IT to ensure a secure and controlled HR environment. We’re building the energy grid of the future for everyone, together with everyone. And as a Workday Quality & Security Professional, you’ll play a part in this. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and improving quality controls within Workday.

  • Identifying and analyzing risks related to security and data quality.

  • Setting up and optimizing authorizations and access models.

  • Monitoring the security of integrations and data flows.

  • Conducting inspections, audits, and raising security awareness.
