The energy transition requires not only a future-proof energy grid, but also employees who are committed to continuous professional development. That is why Alliander is developing a new learning platform that makes learning, development, and professional competence simpler, more accessible, and future-proof.
As part of the Future-Proof Learning & Development (TLO) program, we are seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant who will be responsible for providing change management support during the implementation of this new learning platform.
You ensure that employees, managers, and HR understand, embrace, and actually implement the new way of working. You develop the change and adoption strategy and implement it yourself. You maintain a visible presence within the organization, take ownership, and actively drive results.
This is explicitly a hands-on role. We are not looking for a consultant who primarily provides advice and delegates tasks, but rather a professional who drives change themselves.
You are an experienced HR Change Consultant with a proven track record of successfully guiding and implementing complex change initiatives. You have a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage various stakeholders in the change process.
At the same time, you’re pragmatic, independent, and results-oriented. You take the initiative, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work. You not only develop the approach but also put it into practice.
You will be part of the TLO Program and will work closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, Security, the Data Office, and various business units.
Alliander operates according to the Agile Way of Working. Together, you’ll work to create a future-proof learning environment that supports employees in their development and contributes to Alliander’s ambitions.
