As an HR Change Consultant at Alliander, you will work on smart and sustainable HR solutions for tomorrow's challenges. This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, based in Arnhem. You will make Alliander more innovative.

As part of the Labor Market Transformation team, you will be working on one of the most pressing issues of our time: increasing our technical and digital capacity. Not just for Alliander, but for the entire energy sector. You will play a key role in translating labor market developments into smart, people-oriented solutions that really work.

What will you be doing? You will:

  • develops and implements innovative initiatives related to themes that affect the labor market. Examples include:
    • Preserving knowledge through the use of new technologies;
    • You investigate how the employer/freelancer working relationship can be optimally structured so that we make optimal use of the flexible workforce. (Total Talent Management)
    • An internal job bank that allows colleagues to utilize their talents more broadly;
  • builds bridges between strategy and operations, both within and outside the organization;
  • have experience with and derive energy from drafting decision documents to gain support for your plan at various levels;
  • Convincing stakeholders, creating support, and maintaining control over implementation.
  • ensures change through continuous learning, measurement, and adjustment.

  • You are sensitive to organizational needs and easily adapt your communication and style to different conversation partners; you know how to create support at various levels.
  • You work proactively, are results-oriented, and translate complex issues into clear, pragmatic implementation plans.
