Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to take full operational responsibility for our identity infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient identity services across our enterprise and customer-facing platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments, focusing on troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring service continuity and performance.
  • Automate identity-related operations and workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Implement and support IAM policies including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and role-based access controls.
  • Operate and enhance Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.
  • Collaborate with ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management related to identity services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize identity infrastructure and integrations with other enterprise systems.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Entra Id connect services
  • Experience with FIDO2 authentication and hardware security keys is desirable.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.
  • Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms and strategies.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
