3 Implementation Consultants

Will you help create a future-proof energy world? Become our Implementation Consultant within the Customer Department!

At Alliander, we are on the eve of a major system transformation. With the Fit4Future program, we are taking a big step toward a new, robust system landscape. Outdated systems are being phased out and replaced by a future-proof solution. Within this program, our Customer Department (part of Market Services) plays a crucial role: we must ensure that our operational (customer) processes land seamlessly in the new system. At the same time, the energy transition requires the implementation of new contract forms, products that we have to take into account in the development of the new systems.

That is why we are looking for a driven Implementation Consultant to guide and shape this transition for our department.

What will you do?

As an Implementation Consultant, you are the bridge between strategy and operations. You:

• Translates strategic objectives into concrete, workable processes.
• Brings the complexity of our current practices to the new solution.
• Oversees change from four perspectives: process, system, reporting and organization.
• Designs a clear process-level approach.
• Works closely with subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation.

What do you bring?

• Minimum college level 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant role
• Experience with systems such as SAP.
• Demonstrated knowledge of complex system transitions and architecture issues.

• Affinity with the energy industry is a plus.
• Experience implementing products that contribute to the energy transition is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for process optimization.
• Hands-on mentality: you don't just think along, you build along.
• Strong connection to the business and a sense of organizational change.
