Implementation Manager – Feasibility Studies & Automatic Route Determination

The role

As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the successful rollout of both Automatic Route Determination (ATB) and the updated model for conditional studies (CO). You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution and work closely with the ATB Project Manager, who is responsible for the technical aspects of the project.
You will implement a hybrid centralization model for conditional studies in collaboration with a selected supplier. In doing so, you will ensure that agreements regarding quality, lead times, and performance are properly established and adhered to.
The supplier plays an advisory and executive role in follow-up studies, while formal management remains with the construction teams. You ensure that this collaboration functions optimally and contribute to greater control, uniformity, and efficiency within the chain.
Implementation takes place within the organization and in collaboration with external partners, such as contractors and engineering firms. 
 

What will you do?

• Developing and executing an implementation and communication plan for ATB and screening tests
• Organizing and overseeing tests and a phased rollout of the new process
• Validating and optimizing processes during implementation
• Active stakeholder management with construction teams, engineering firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring coherence, dependencies, and progress within a complex environment

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in (underground) infrastructure (required)
• Proven leadership experience in the construction, infrastructure, or utility management industry
• Familiar with the practices of utility companies and collaboration with contractors
• Experience with pre-approval studies and/or regulatory approval processes is a plus
• Strong at the intersection of content, contract management, governance, and operations
• Able to successfully manage complex projects involving many stakeholders
• REQUIREMENT: It is important that the candidate have experience in (underground) infrastructure/construction
