Junior Lead Generator / Talent Sourcer

At Alliander, we work every day to build a reliable and sustainable energy grid. Behind this work are hundreds of technicians, supervisors, and engineers. As a Junior Talent Sourcer / Lead Generator, you’ll play a key role in finding these colleagues. You’ll proactively reach out to potential candidates, making you the first link in our recruitment process.

In this role (32–40 hours per week, based in Duiven), you will serve as the primary point of contact for talent. You will conduct interviews, generate interest, and convert leads into qualified candidates. You will work closely with the sourcing team, recruiters, and recruitment marketers.

 

Your role at a glance

The sourcing team starts each day with a brief morning meeting to coordinate and support one another as needed. After that, you’ll get to work on your calls and outreach activities. You’ll follow up on leads from campaigns, schedule calls, and ensure that all information is properly recorded in our CRM system (HubSpot).

Along the way, you’ll exchange ideas with colleagues in recruitment and recruitment marketing. For example, you might hear that a candidate you recommended has been hired—a direct result of your efforts.

What will you do?

You will work closely with four sourcers, recruiters, and the recruitment marketing team. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential candidates via phone, email, job boards, and other channels
  • Identifying and recruiting talent across various platforms and networks
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their motivation
  • Carefully track leads and progress in HubSpot
  • Collaborating with recruitment marketing to convert campaign results into candidates
 

What do you bring?

You may already have experience making calls or interacting with candidates, but it doesn’t have to be in recruitment. We’d be happy to train you on the job.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Vocational and higher vocational education level
  • Confidence in communicating over the phone and in person
  • Interested in recruitment, sourcing, or labor market communications?
  • Clear and concise communication style, both verbal and written
  • A curious, eager-to-learn, and proactive attitude
