Administrative Legal Assistant Land Affairs

You will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support in the acquisition of land for transformer stations and the establishment of property rights for cable and pipeline routes. You will create files and collect the necessary documents for drawing up an agreement. You will also ensure careful administrative processing and follow-up after the agreement has been signed. In this dynamic environment, you will work together with various internal and external disciplines, such as environmental managers, project managers, stewards, notary staff, and, of course, your colleagues from your team at Land & Law. This is to ensure that everything is arranged correctly and on time.

Characteristic of the position: registration, verification, and file management. Administrative and legal support. A position in development.

As an Administrative Legal Assistant Land Affairs, you will be involved in:

  • Creates all transactions in P8.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing notary correspondence.
  • Performs a gatekeeper function : checks each file for completeness.
  • Checks basic information in deeds (address, cadastral number, name and address).
  • Keep files up to date in SharePoint and P8.
  • Requests relevant documents (Chamber of Commerce, mortgage information, ownership information).
  • Prepares files by completing draft agreements with basic information such as name and address details and parcel information.
  • Manages the mailbox; prepares the work distribution.
  • Sends signed deeds to landowners, updates P8, and closes P8.

You bring energy and work from your own strength and talent, providing the flexibility we desperately need in a changing environment. You also complement this with:
  • At least a completed level 4 vocational education program.
  • Experience as a (legal) administrative assistant or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented attitude and the ability to work accurately.
  • Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • A pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude.
  • An affinity for land matters is an advantage.
  • Customer focus is second nature to you. You understand that everything we do ultimately has an impact on our customers, and you act accordingly.
