We are looking for a heavy medior. It is important that the candidate is familiar with large/complex organizations. The team is currently developing and is in a phase where restructuring is taking place Furthermore, the team consists of 5 people, which will expand to about 9 people.

Looking for dynamics and challenge in an environment where energy is key? As Project Advisor Land and Law at Liander in Duiven you are the connecting link between internal colleagues (such as project managers, environmental manager and engineers) and external parties (such as municipalities, project developers and farmers). Ready to make an impact? This is a hybrid position for 32-40 hours.

You will make the grid more sustainable at Alliander.
The energy transition will be impossible without you as Project Advisor Land and Law You will be responsible for, among other things, acquiring land for transformer stations and establishing rights in rem for large cable and pipeline routes. For this you consult with the various stakeholders. You manage the stewards and ensure that the agreements made are properly recorded in contracts. You are the independent professional who ensures fast and correct legal processing. In the provinces of North and South Holland, Friesland and Gelderland, Liander is carrying out very extensive network expansions to make the energy network in these regions future-proof. The realization of these grid expansions requires such a large capacity of our team that we are looking for colleagues who will help us acquire approximately 6,500 kilometers of pipeline and 2,000 land purchases for transformer stations. You will work from one of our offices in Amsterdam, Leeuwarden or Duiven. You alternate this with working from home. The energy transition causes a strong increase in work and makes us constantly look at how we can organize the work better. This means that tasks and responsibilities for this position will continue to develop and may change in the near future. We are creating the energy network of the future for everyone, with everyone.

And as Project Advisor on Land and Law you will contribute to this.
- As Project Advisor on Land and Law you will, together with a number of colleagues spread across the various work areas, supervise the external stewards and advise on private law permissions for project realization.
- You will be a sparring partner in the construction teams with regard to land matters and will help think about how we as a team can carry out the work well and efficiently in a short space of time.

- You monitor the progress of land acquisition and jump in in case of escalations or major resistance. Of course you do everything possible to prevent resistance. And if that fails, you are able to prepare a tolerance procedure.
- Proactively support and advise the construction team, clients and colleagues who have questions about land matters;
- Optimize and implement processes.

In this position, you will strengthen the Land and Law team, which is responsible for land matters up to 50Kv within the Large Work Packages Department. You complete the grid at Alliander Did you know that at Alliander we are made up of several companies? And with the current energy transition, that's hard work. We do this with the help of a large club of professionals. Thanks to these talents, we have full confidence in the energy future of the Netherlands. Together with you, we will make it possible. And you will do that at our business unit Liander. You can only move and think if you have enough energy. And the right work environment gives you that. The Land and Law Department consists of committed and honest colleagues. It is a close-knit team with an informal working atmosphere.

You just make it more energetic
