L&D Consultant

For the Learning and Development department we are looking for hands-on consultant who will help the upcoming to build the various Academies within Alliander. You will develop training matrices and new learning lines for the operation and ensure that these are properly rolled out.

Assignment:
Purpose of assignment:
Help build the Academies that L&D is setting up:
1. Existing Academies
2. New Academies to be built

Core activities:
1. Manage, set up and implement training matrices
2. Manage, set up and implement learning tracks
3. Build new learning tracks
4 Build new training matrices/training overviews.
5. Conduct impact analyses based on My Development (LMS)
6. Running reports
7. Advising on onboarding where needed.
8. Participate in setting up organizational unit pages on My Development (LMS)

Scope of the assignment - Phase 2 Academies realize

Final results:
Kadans below products have been realized by 1-5-2026
1. Training matrices are managed (delivered quarterly)
2. Requested learning tracks are implemented and realized (on OO schedule)
3. Impact analysis delivered (every month)
4. Reports (every quarter)
5. OO specific Onboarding has been realized (to be determined with OO).
6. OO specific My Development page has been realized (31-1-26)

Profile:
- Strong executive project skills ( PMO )
- Educational or training background
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience - proven experience within L&D
- Good at stakeholder management and organizational sensitivity
- Strong collaboration skills
- Self-starting
- Proactive tackler
- Good at keeping an overview
