As a learning & development developer at Alliander, you will design and develop innovative teaching materials that are directly tailored to the target group and contribute to the success of our Technical Business School. In a team that is still in full development, you will help to deliver concrete products that take the technical expertise of our colleagues to a higher level. This position is for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You will make Alliander more innovative.

As an L&D developer at Alliander, you will design and develop innovative learning interventions and teaching materials that directly contribute to the technical skills of our employees. The L&D consultant creates the basic design, after which you work with them to develop this into concrete learning programs, such as e-learning courses and classroom training. Together with subject matter experts, you translate learning objectives into effective, structured learning materials and actively contribute ideas about didactic choices, new technologies, and innovative learning methods. In addition, you will maintain and improve existing materials. Within our growing team, you will have the opportunity to innovate and make a visible impact in a technical environment that is constantly evolving.

In this position, you will be part of the Development Team and will work for our Technical Development department. This team, consisting of approximately 11 colleagues, is responsible for various training areas (e.g., gas/electricity) and for managing, further developing, and developing new (classroom, blended, and digital) training programs for these areas.
The position can be classified as hybrid, whereby we consider it important to work together at our office in Arnhem, where you will meet your colleagues. You will also regularly visit our offices in Amsterdam, Leeuwarden, and Duiven. Of course, you can also work from home. We will naturally provide you with the appropriate facilities for your home office.
