This position is for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You will make Alliander more innovative.

The energy transition is impossible without you as a learning & development developer.

As an L&D developer at Alliander, you will design and develop innovative learning interventions and teaching materials that directly contribute to the technical skills of our employees. The L&D consultant creates the basic design, after which you work with them to develop this into concrete learning programs, such as e-learning courses and classroom training. Together with subject matter experts, you translate learning objectives into effective, structured learning materials and actively contribute ideas about didactic choices, new technologies, and innovative learning methods. In addition, you will maintain and improve existing materials. Within our growing team, you will have the opportunity to innovate and make a visible impact in a technical environment that is constantly evolving.

We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a learning & development developer, you can make a difference. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with L&D consultants to develop training designs from broad outlines into concrete learning interventions and teaching materials.
  • Developing effective learning resources, such as e-learning courses and classroom training, in collaboration with subject matter experts and trainers.
  • Perform maintenance and conduct annual reviews to keep existing learning interventions and teaching materials up to date.
  • Implement and evaluate learning solutions, and advise project leaders on didactic approaches.
  • contribute to innovations in learning methods and technologies within the team and actively work on improving learning programs.

You make Alliander complete

The position can be classified as hybrid, whereby we consider it important to work together at our office in Arnhem, where you will meet your colleagues. You will also regularly visit our offices in Amsterdam, Leeuwarden, and Duiven. Of course, you can also work from home.
