Are you a go-getter who gets energy from organizing things, helping colleagues, and creating structure? Then this position is perfect for you!

As a Logistics Service Desk Employee, you are the link between our colleagues in the field and the logistics teams, such as material planning, warehouse, and transport. You ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and that questions and/or complaints about materials are handled quickly, neatly, and in a customer-oriented manner. Thanks to your efforts, everything behind the scenes will run smoothly.

Initially, you will focus on administrative tasks, but in time you will also handle customer contact by telephone.

What do you bring?

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys providing support, thinks on their feet, and likes to organize things well. Experience in logistics and SAP ECC or SAP S4 Haha is a plus, but certainly not a must. What we find most important:
  • Vocational education level 4 diploma
  • Works accurately and enjoys structure
  • Switches gears quickly and is stress-resistant
  • Thinks in terms of solutions and shows initiative
  • Enjoys talking to colleagues on the phone
  • Eager to learn and quick to pick up new things
  • Good at following established work processes and instructions
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain.

Logistics is constantly changing! We will be implementing a new SAP S4 Hana system in May 2026 and taking steps to professionalize the team in various areas. With your fresh perspective and innovative insights, you can make a valuable contribution to this process. This position offers plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas about the future of Logistics at Liander.
