Are you a proactive professional with a keen insight into financial analysis and a talent for monitoring schedules? We are looking for a motivated project control employee to join our NuLelie program team based in Leeuwarden (and construction site in Drachten). With your experience, you know how to maintain an overview and recognize potential risks. Objectives? You know what it takes to achieve them. This is a hybrid position for 32-40 hours per week. You will make Alliander more sustainable.
The energy transition is impossible without you as a project management employee.
As a Project Control Officer, you play a crucial role in the energy transition. Not only do you provide administrative support, but you are also a key figure in the financial management and risk management of our projects. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that deadlines are met. You do this together with the Project Control Manager. You will work from home, at the contractor's site in Drachten, and at our office in Leeuwarden. We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a Project Control Officer, you will be contributing to this. Your tasks will include:
Proactively supporting the project team with administrative tasks, including in the project information system.
Analyzing and monitoring financial data to ensure that projects remain within budget.
Monitoring the schedule, ensuring that milestones are achieved, and ensuring the availability of capacity and resources.
Supporting, facilitating, and implementing risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Checking and verifying deliverables in our contracting system for completeness and accuracy, and assigning transactions to the correct role holder.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure the quality of our projects.
You complete the grid at Alliander
Did you know that Alliander consists of several different companies? Together with Liander, Qirion, Qterra, Dep, Firan, and Entrnce, we develop and manage the energy network for millions of people in the Netherlands. And with the current energy transition, that's hard work. We do this with the help of a large team of professionals. Thanks to these talented people, we have every confidence in the energy future of the Netherlands. Together with you, we are making that possible.
And you are going to do that at our business unit Liander. Here you will be jointly responsible for the management and maintenance of energy networks such as electricity and gas. We supply energy to households, businesses and other customers.
A mindset in which only the best is good enough is only possible if you have enough energy. And the right working environment gives you that. The NuLelie program consists of committed and honest colleagues. A dynamic team that is committed to a sustainable future. You encourage each other to deliver the best work. And you also provide support and honest feedback when needed.
You just make it more energetic
Working on an organization that is future-proof. You do that based on your own strengths and talents. And you do that with us. Will you contribute to this with your surprising perspectives? Let's do it! And will you supplement this with:
A higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking,
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in planning, risk management, and finance.
Knowledge of the integrated project management model (IPM).
A proactive attitude and sharp analytical skills.
