Tasks are performed in accordance with instructions and regulations. 2. Inspecting and managing tools, equipment, and materials a. Tools, equipment, and materials are/remain in good condition and meet safety requirements. b. Up-to-date record-keeping of inventory, materials, and tools in the systems. c. Timely and accurate provision of information to internal and external stakeholders regarding the quality of equipment and materials. 3. Monitoring and/or supervising safety a. The quality of work and results is satisfactory, and safety regulations are followed. 4. Administrative tasks and making information available a. Additional administrative tasks have been processed correctly and in a timely manner so that those involved have the correct information. b. Relevant information has been processed and shared with stakeholders. 5. Coordination and preparation of work a. Tasks and work processes are planned, allocated, and carried out in a feasible and efficient manner. Intended results have been achieved. b.
