The Modular Construction program is seeking an experienced GGI modeler to strengthen the team for the “Standardizing 3D Models” project. The role focuses on improving and further developing our five station models.

Project Description The team is currently working on defining the basic principles for the models and associated drawings. This involves determining which functionalities the models must support, what the underlying objectives are, and how this affects the design.

Based on these principles and the engineers’ designs, the following are then:

  • reviewed the existing object library;

  • and rebuilt the five station models.

Required expertise
The GGI modeler must have:

  • Demonstrable project experience, preferably with projects similar to stations designed by Qirion;

  • Specialization within the discipline of Building-Related Systems (electrical and mechanical systems, with an emphasis on electrical systems);
  • Extensive experience with parametric design and developing families for an object library;
  • Experience working at Cadac The Modus;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a second GGI modeler within the same design process;
  • Ability to provide content-based guidance to a second modeler (junior to mid-level) (if necessary).
