The energy transition is impossible without you as an electrician.
You often hear that every day is different. But in your job, it really is. Using your own tablet, you check the schedule to see what work is scheduled for that day. In your company van you leave home for the location in your working area. One day you will solve a malfunction together with a trainee electrician. The next day you will repair a cable that was hit during excavation work. And what about a job where a new residential area has to be provided with a low-voltage network? Just a small list, because there is of course much more. The energy network of the future will be created for everyone, with everyone. And as an electrician, you are working on this. So you are busy with the:
- Installing, maintaining and resolving faults on the low- and medium-voltage network, transformer stations and public lighting.
- Supervising trainee electricians.
And you will be doing this at our business unit Liander. Here you are jointly responsible for the management and maintenance of energy networks such as electricity and gas. We supply energy to households, businesses and other customers.
Monitoring our energy network is only possible if you have enough energy. And the right work environment gives you that. The Maintenance & Faults department consists of friendly and helpful colleagues. You always help each other with larger, more complicated issues. And of course there is also time for a nice chat or a good joke. Your future colleague will tell you more about this.

You make the grid more energetic
Switching in the power grid and testing whether it works. You do that from your own strength and talent. And that's what you do with us. Do you contribute to that with your logical way of thinking? Great! Especially if you complement this with:
- An education in electrical engineering, preferably in the direction of low and medium voltage.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- A BEI certificate Vakbekwaam Persoon in the LS and MS + switching authority.
- A driving license B.
