Job Description: Network Solution Architect 

We are looking for an experienced Network Solution Architect who will play a key role in designing and implementing modern, scalable, and secure network infrastructures for our offices. In this role, you will be responsible for translating technical challenges into high-level and low-level designs for future-proof solutions.

You are able to guide the network architecture from the drawing board and ensure technical consistency from design through implementation. In addition, you work closely with other IT teams, security specialists, and vendors to develop comprehensive solutions. You can communicate technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and serve as the subject matter expert within your domain.

Your responsibilities

• Designing and documenting high-level and low-level designs for network and security solutions.
• Analyzing complex infrastructure challenges and translating them into scalable, robust, and future-proof solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of network solutions and supervise technical teams during project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with architectural principles, technical guidelines, and security standards within the network domain.
• Advising management, project teams, and stakeholders on network strategy, roadmaps, and innovations.
• Conducting impact analyses and risk assessments in the event of major changes to the infrastructure.
• Continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement within the existing network environment.

What do you bring?

• At least 10 years of experience as a Network Architect, Network Engineer, or in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of modern networking technologies such as switching, routing, SD-WAN, wireless architectures, and security solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex networks.
• Ability to justify technical decisions and explain them to different audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Experience in developing HLDs, LLDs, and migration/implementation plans.
• Proven experience with HPE Aruba Networking (switching, wireless (controllers, Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass)) 
• Proven experience with Fortigate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer
• During peak periods, be able to perform technical tasks as a hands-on foreman (getting your hands dirty).

Required / Preferred certifications

Although not a strict requirement, experience with or certification in one or more of the following technologies is highly valued:
