The energy transition is impossible without you as environmental manager realization
Whether it's local residents, a water board or a landowner. In all project phases, you know what is important to them. You seek the balance with the project interests and are the mediator between the project and its surroundings. Directing the work of our contractor? You do that like no other. Together with the project teams, you take care of the construction of large customer connections, grid upgrades and complex grid modifications. The energy network of the future will be built for everyone, with everyone. And as environmental manager for the Kop van Noord Holland and West Friesland area, you will be working on this. You will be working on the:

  • Coordinate all occurring environmental facets that are relevant. You will do this in collaboration with the contractor and sometimes in a directing role to the contractor
  • Analyze and identify spatial fit of projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of stakeholder analyses, permit inventories and communication plans.
  • Stakeholder management and conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders (competent authorities, agencies and individuals)

The next 6 -12 years will see intensive cooperation between Liander and its contractors to make the HELIX NHN program a success. The Major Work Packages department consists of sociable and social colleagues. You will work in the Helix program team and form a team with the technical manager, environmental manager, project control manager and contract manager. Within the Helix program, large-scale medium voltage extensions to the electricity grid are being realized in the North Holland North region. We do this in a construction team context and UAV2012 implementation agreement. We need a second environment manager in the plot because of the amount of work. You will work in the construction team according to the Project Management Alliander (PMA) system from location Westpoort Amsterdam and from the collaboration location in North Holland North in Groote Broek. You will be on site for a minimum of 3 days.
