Enabling the energy transition. That's what you'll do as Product Owner in the change team Grootverbruik within Liander in Arnhem. So you work on the energy of today and tomorrow. You know exactly what the organization needs to properly execute and implement change projects. In such a way that this fits our target group: 400+ engineers. This is a position for 32-38 hours per.

The energy transition is impossible without you as Product Owner Change Team
The transition to a sustainable and reliable energy supply brings with it considerable challenges. This calls for smarter working and new solutions. This is why Alliander has change teams in its operational departments that work with the business to make these necessary changes possible. These change teams are in the chains of Large Consumption, Large Work Packages, Small Consumption, Maintenance & Faults and Strategic Resource Management. Many of the change projects in these teams are related to automation & digitalization. Therefore, the change teams work Agile. Such a team consists of a Product Owner, a Business Consultant, a number of Developers and a Scrum Master.

You will be Product Owner of Team eXtended Reality (hololens). Your team is part of the Agile Release Train Customer & Process for the Large Consumption, Reconstructions & Grids department within Liander. It is an enthusiastic team consisting of an Application Process Consultant, three developers, a process consultant, a Scrum master and you as Productowner.

We are a team engaged in the deployment, further development and optimization of the hololens. The hololens is a pair of smart glasses that puts a digital shell over the real world and is used by our engineers outside.

As Product Owner, you are ultimately responsible for the development team working on a specific change assignment. You are constantly working on translating business issues into manageable epics, so that the development team can quickly and continuously deliver added value for the organization.

- developing a vision and translating this into actions together with the team with the aim of realizing as much value as possible in a short-cycle approach.
- Prioritizing the backlog with the aim of bringing focus to a clear roadmap of the development team.
- devising and executing the right implementation strategy; enthusing and inspiring the development team and stakeholders.
- propagating the AGILE way of working in order to create a self-managing team in cooperation with your scrum master.
- translating wishes from the market into functionalities to be developed
- increasing the use of the hololens in the operation by means of workshops and training sessions at our regional offices

- several years of experience as Product Owner within a complex and challenging environment
- at least a completed HBO education and HBO+/WO work and thinking level;
- enthusiasm, curiosity and strong social and communication skills;
- SAFe or Scrum experience; certification as Product Owner is a strong plus.
