    The project coordinator has a coordinating role in performing all project support and preparation tasks. As such, the project coordinator is responsible for material/material coordination, control and planning activities on behalf of projects and programs. You manage the project and ensure that the right documents, equipment and people are in the right place at the right time to carry out the work. The project coordinator works closely with the project manager, site manager, (lead) engineer and the project administrator or controller.     • Provide the HSE Implementation Plan to the site manager in a timely manner; 

    • Ensure accurate and detailed project and resource schedules and coordination on these with stakeholders; 

    • ordering and timely delivery of materials, equipment and services within the project. In this, communication with suppliers is important; 

    • Ensure timely follow-up of appointments and actions by project team members; 

    • Identify, analyze and report on (changes in) schedule, quality, risks, budget and scope; 

    • Prepare a plan of materials and services that will make the project financially predictable; 

    • Setting up the construction site at the direction of the site manager; 

    • Adjust the budget in consultation with other members of the project team; 

    • Assist in performing quality control and reviews on projects.

      For that, you get based on a 40-hour work week:  

    • A salary from €3,584.86 to €5,121.23 gross per month (scale 7). Or scale 8 based on knowledge and experience.

    • -Annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% vacation allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also buy extra days off, for example. You choose what suits you.

    • 24.5 vacation days per year, liberally supplementable from your IKB.

    • A December year-end bonus of 6% of your annual salary.

    • A DI budget of €500 each year for your sustainable employability. Choose, for example, to pay for your sport or hobby, make your home more sustainable and greener, or reduce your study debt with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
