Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the replacement of central part of the existing IT network within the Alliander Operational Engineering (OT) domain. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and the ability to coordinate complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project from inception to completion.
• Ensure planning, budget monitoring and quality control.
• Active stakeholder management: align with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Report on progress, risks and milestones to management and stakeholders.
• In collaboration with security monitor that the specific compliance and security requirements within the OT environment are met.

Competencies and skills

• Affinity with OT and IT network infrastructure: knowledge of network technologies, protocols and OT-specific challenges.
• Strong in stakeholder management: can balance interests and build support.
• Communication skills: communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
• Results-oriented: focus on achieving project goals within time and budget.
• Analytical and problem-solving: quick to respond to issues and risks.

Experience and background

• Experience as a project leader in IT infrastructure projects, preferably in OT domain.
• Familiar with methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile.
• Experience with supplier management and contract agreements.
