We are looking for a junior/medior. Someone who masters leadership qualities, who will tackle the job together with his team and can also manage those people, with a proactive attitude and who can see the problems in advance and think in terms of solutions.

As a project manager at Liander (from 32 hours), you keep an overview, manage the team and coordinate with municipalities, contractors and colleagues. You work on the design and execution of our projects. In this you are ultimately responsible from start to completion - including quality, planning and finances. You oversee the entire process and functionally manage the team of engineers, actively responding to what is needed.

In addition to consultation with colleagues, you have intensive contact with municipalities, contractors, government agencies, end customers and project developers, among others. For example, to identify new opportunities or fine-tune expectations.

You are not only focused on realizing projects, but also get energy from continuously improving processes. Think about keeping an overview, prioritizing and implementing improvements. You join initiatives where possible and you believe in structural improvement of the organization.
