And above all: leading with vision and determination, even when things get exciting. You are stress resistant, set priorities, can deal with resistance and know how to inspire people.

You complete the grid at Alliander

Did you know that at Alliander we are made up of several companies? With a large club of professionals, we develop and manage the energy network for millions of residents and entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. We do this together and with attention to our customer. And thanks to our talents, we have full confidence in the energy future of the Netherlands. Together with you, we make the energy transition possible.

And you are going to do that at our business unit Liander. Here you will be jointly responsible for the management and maintenance of energy networks such as electricity. We supply energy to households, businesses and other customers.

The will to think and act big is only possible if you have enough energy. And the right work environment gives you that. The construction department consists of committed and honest colleagues. You notice that because you support each other where necessary. And because there is always room for constructive feedback. Your future colleague will tell you more about this:

"After completing each project, we discuss together how it went. This includes practical matters, but certainly also personal ones. We help each other and always try to get the best out of the team."

  • Experience with stakeholder management, including interfacing with municipalities, contractors, clients and internal teams.
  • You feel at home in a dynamic environment and are energized by change and improvement.
