What does the role entail?
- Set up a development pipeline using Matillion as the orchestrator and DBT for the transformation and construction of data products within a Snowflake Data Cloud solution;
- Deliver a set of data products as a minimum viable product (MVP);
- Decentralize the existing development pipeline within the ART Customer Communications team;
- Collaborate with internal colleagues responsible for onboarding on Alliander’s Data Cloud;
- Advise the ART Customer Communications team on opportunities and possibilities for data-driven work;
- Coordinate closely with the relevant stakeholders.
Your background
We are looking for someone:
Must:
- with at least 9 years of experience as a Data Engineer in information-oriented environments;
- with extensive knowledge of and experience with Snowflake and dbt, and is familiar with AWS;
- who can carry out this assignment completely on their own;
- who can provide ART Customer Communications with substantive advice on opportunities and possibilities;
- with strong communication skills, due to the need for close coordination with stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Matillion
