Scrum Master – Data & Analytics
For the two teams within CDIT and AIX within ART D&A, we are looking for a Scrum Master who is confident, can coach teams toward greater autonomy, and actively contributes to continuous improvement within a SAFe environment. A highly experienced Scrum Master is valuable, but a less experienced candidate with the right mindset, coaching skills, and drive can also be successful with the right support.
ART Data & Analytics
provides reliable and innovative data platforms and services that are continuously refined to meet the needs of stakeholders. With secure, AI-driven solutions and close strategic alignment, we support data-driven decision-making within Alliander.
Our core products are:
Cloud Data Infrastructure (CDIT) Team
CDIT manages the core of the Alliander DataCloud. On the one hand, it maintains the infrastructure for Matillion and other systems and is responsible for integrating SaaS products such as Snowflake. On the other hand, it develops onboarding flows that enable users to automatically utilize the building blocks provided by ART Data & Analytics for the Alliander DataCloud.
The challenges within this team are:
AIX AI Acceleration
The AI Acceleration team is a platform team that makes the Voltix ML platform available to and continues to develop it for data scientists within Alliander. Voltix supports the entire machine learning and MLOps cycle: from data preparation and model development to inference, monitoring, and model (re)training.
Goal: To accelerate AI innovation by providing a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly platform that enables data scientists to efficiently develop, deploy, and manage AI solutions.
The challenges within this team are:
ART-wide responsibilities
The Scrum Master works closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters within the ART. Key responsibilities include:
Transparency regarding risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Supporting PI Planning and ART events.
Actively contributing to ART-wide improvements.
Weekly coordination with Scrum Masters and the RTE to continuously improve team and ART performance.
Desired Profile
A proactive Scrum Master with coaching skills, knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively guide teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in their continued growth toward becoming high-performing teams.
