The energy transition is impossible without you as a ServiceNow Consultant
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you are responsible for providing insight into and optimizing business processes by translating business requirements into concrete ServiceNow solutions. You develop and implement innovative functionalities, continuously promoting reuse and best practices. Through close collaboration with internal teams, you ensure the stable and efficient use of ServiceNow, and proactively support the improvement and integration of processes within the organization.
We are building the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be part of this effort. Specifically, you will be working on:
Execute the CMDB OT migration process (from the current CMDB to the ServiceNow CMDB)
Implement security measures based on the requirements of the CISO office and in consultation with the current ServiceNow team (knowledge of RBAC, Vault, and/or other security measures)
Implement OTSM
Implementing the necessary OT integrations
Providing clarity on processes and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions
Creating user stories and configuring solutions in ServiceNow
Collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve optimal results
