Hours: 32 to 40 hours
Rate: €118, including MSP fee

When you join Alliander, you will be provided with a company car. In the first year, it is important that you have your own transportation and a driver’s license.

As a site manager, you will oversee the execution of high-voltage projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with set objectives (time, budget, and quality). This involves continuous coordination with the Lead Engineer and Project Manager. As a member of a project team, you are responsible for the operational execution of all primary, secondary, and construction-related activities at the various project sites. As an HSE-U coordinator, you are responsible for workplace safety, and through your leadership, you instill a culture of safe working practices within your team. During the design phase, you contribute to the planning and decision-making process and begin preparing for the implementation phase.

We’re building the energy grid of the future for everyone, together with everyone. And as a site manager, you’ll be part of this effort. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitor progress and quality and consult with your team;
• Creating an implementation budget and schedule and testing feasibility during the design phase.
• Directing contractors on time, money and quality;
• Identify risks to schedule and budget during the execution phase;
• Checking the safety and quality standards and Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental legislation in the execution phase of the projects;
• Reviewing and accepting work delivered;
• Informs internal and external environmental parties of the progress of the construction process or project and coordinates on work, costs and schedules;
• Preparing reports and evaluations and ensuring that information is provided to project management.
