As contract manager, you are the expert within your field and you play a key role in developing, optimizing and professionalizing processes, policy and quality within our organization.
You look at complex and dynamic issues with a helicopter view, with an eye for both the strategic goals and the interests of internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review and evaluate policies, plans and optimizations within your area of expertise;

• Identify developments and opportunities, and translate them into improvement initiatives;

• Promote knowledge sharing and quality improvement within the organization;

• Advise management and colleagues on complex issues;

• Ensure that the contribution of the discipline is consistent with organizational strategy.

What do you bring

• Minimum college level of work and thinking;

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a similar position;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with a helicopter view;

• Experience in policy development, process optimization or quality improvement;

• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness;

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
