In the Lines team, you will literally help build the future of the Dutch high-voltage lines. We build and maintain high-voltage routes, consisting of pylons and take-off points. This is unique work within a niche market, performed by a team of dedicated professionals who have consciously chosen to "get into the pylons."
Are you a driven planner with a passion for project planning?
At Qirion, we are looking for a Tactical Planner for our Lines Department. In this multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our project schedules for several large long-term lines projects to ensure that our projects are correctly forecast and run on schedule. These are projects up to 50 million Euros lasting 5/6 years. Experience with similar projects is a requirement.
What you will do. The position primarily consists of the role of project planner.
As a project planner, you will create and manage detailed project schedules for large projects. You keep EPM (Microsoft Projects) up to date, retrieve project progress from stakeholders, update schedules, look ahead, identify risks and feedback to stakeholders. You monitor milestones and report them timely completion or reschedule them if necessary. You determine the impact of schedule changes and feedback this, as well as financial changes to the project manager. You also check whether the EPM planning still matches the schedules and report changes.
What do you bring?
- You have HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or business administration direction
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within project and/or portfolio planning within infra and or contracting.
- experience with large (up to 50 million) and long-term (5/6 years) projects within infra or contracting.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills, have experience with planning software and tools, and have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
