What will you be doing?
For the Harculo–Raalte–Nijverdal project, we are seeking an experienced project planner who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the integrated project planning. This is a large-scale high-voltage project involving the upgrade of approximately 28 km of transmission lines and 78 tower locations. The planner will provide insight into progress, dependencies, critical paths, and risks, and will support the project team in managing the schedule and milestones.
The complexity of this project lies primarily in the extensive transmission line corridor. The route runs through a large area with many landowners, various municipalities, and competent authorities. In addition, permitting processes, land availability, flora and fauna requirements, nitrogen-related issues, service suspensions, and other environmental factors play a significant role. The project planner serves as the link between the disciplines of engineering, environmental management, land affairs, construction, contractors, and the client, ensuring that risks, dependencies, and changes are promptly incorporated into the project schedule. 
The work is carried out from both the project site in Raalte and the office in Duiven. Regular presence at both locations is necessary to bridge the gap between the project team, the construction phase, and the supporting disciplines.

Desired Profile
• At least 5 years of experience as a project planner on complex infrastructure, energy, or high-voltage projects.
•    Experience with integrated planning that combines engineering, permitting, environmental considerations, and construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or comparable planning software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
• A proactive and independent work ethic.
• Good communication skills and experience coordinating schedules with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work regularly from both Duiven and the project site in Raalte.
• Experience in the high-voltage and power line sector is a plus. Experience with UAV-GC contracts is required.
