The energy transition is impossible without you as Team Leader GVRN Bommelerwaard (Gelderland)
You will lead a team of approximately 20 technical employees, all of whom are passionate about their work. These include project managers, engineers, (civil) supervisors, and project coordinators. You will provide them with clear direction and guidance and implement changes that apply to your team.
Together with your fellow team leaders and regional manager, you are jointly responsible for the results of the entire Bommelerwaard region (Gelderland). You contribute to this by taking the lead on certain themes (such as change, production control, or training) for the entire region.
We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a GVRN team leader, you will be contributing to this. Your tasks will include:
  • Operational management with a set production target and set team result.
  • Improve operational processes within your team, focused on results.
  • Contribute to translating the ambition of the GVRN chain into concrete goals for your team.
  • Motivate, encourage and coach employees. You do this for their current work and for their possible advancement opportunities.
  • Adopting a results- and people-oriented style and constantly monitoring the balance between different interests. Consider the collaboration with (external) chain partners such as a contractor.
  • focusing on safety: increasing the safety of work and the associated behavior.
You will be working in the GVRN chain. Here, you will work closely with your fellow team leaders and MT colleagues and report to the regional manager.

You complete the grid at Alliander
