Maximum Rate: € 105 including MSP fee
Candidate must live near North Holland and be willing to work in the office for 4-5 days

As Execution Team Leader for the RBNH region, you will lead a team consisting of executives, work planners and operational planners. You coach and motivate them and ensure that they continue to develop. You combine operational management with optimization through improvement initiatives.

This position is for a minimum of 32 hours with location Haarlem or Leiden. You will make the grid more sustainable at Alliander.

Your team is responsible for preparing repair work on faults, of maintaining existing electricity networks. This includes both low and medium voltage and our work in transformer stations.

You will manage your team of about 12 colleagues. The team consists of executives, work planners and operational planners. You coach and motivate them and ensure that they continue to develop. In addition, you monitor costs, safety, production and operational planning. And you are also a product owner for national developments, such as the digitization of our processes.

 

We are creating the energy network of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as Electrical Engineering Team Leader, you will be working on this. You are busy with the:

  • translate Alliander's ambition and annual plan into KPIs.
  • making regional price agreements with contractors
  • Identify developments in the market, within Alliander and within your team
  • Taking responsibility as a point of contact during escalations

You will do that at our business unit Liander, specifically within the realization chain Maintenance & Faults (O&S). The realization chain is ready 24/7 to solve breakdowns, in addition to the work of maintaining the gas and electricity grid. O&S consists of 5 departments: National Customer Contact Center (LKC), Gas, Electrics, Change Team O&S and Engineering & Services. This position falls within the Electrical Department.
