Role description and task arrangements

We are looking for high voltage technicians for Qirion on a detached basis. This is a national position, where the work locations are OR Amsterdam OR Duiven. Please only propose people with a salary indication and mention of an all-in hourly rate.

A healthy dose of excitement combined with advancement opportunities. Sounds good right? As a high voltage technician you have both. So you'll be working towards a more sustainable future. You will make the grid safer at Alliander.

The energy transition is impossible without you as a high-voltage technician

Maintaining and improving all kinds of electrical installations. From 10kV to 150kV. That's what you'll be working on every day, together with your colleagues. After your internal training program, you will be able to switch on the grid. And you will rotate in the fault service once every 5 to 6 weeks. There are plenty of career opportunities within the team. You can become a technical specialist, manager or assembly leader. The energy network of the future will be built for everyone, with everyone. And as a high-voltage technician, you will be working on this. You will be involved in:

- Performing maintenance work on electrical installations.
- Inspecting installations and resolving faults.
- Taking part in network reinforcements and new installations.
- Recording information and contributing to process improvements.
- Participating as a project or shift leader and being ultimately responsible.

You make the grid more complete at Alliander

Did you know that at Alliander we are made up of different companies? Together with Liander, Qirion, Qterra, Dep, Firan and Entrnce, we develop and manage the energy network for millions of residents in the Netherlands. And with the current energy transition, that's hard work. We do this with the help of over 8,000 professionals. Thanks to these talents, we have every confidence in the energy future of the Netherlands. Together with you, we will make it possible.

And you will do that at our business unit Qirion. Here, together with some 950 colleagues, you will be working on the energy infrastructure and smart energy solutions. You will design, build and maintain the high-voltage grid of today and the future.

The will to think and act big is only possible if you have enough energy. And the right work environment gives you that. The HST department consists of sociable and helpful colleagues. Your safety always comes first. And you have that trust in each other. Your future colleague will tell you more about this.

'Working on smart solutions that will make our energy network ready for the future. We do that together and that includes you.'

You make the grid more energetic

Solving breakdowns and preventing them in the future. You do that from your own strength and talent. And you do it with us. Will you contribute to that with your critical eye? Cool! Especially if you supplement this with:

- A mbo diploma level 3 or 4 in electrical engineering.
- A driving license B.

For you just better arranged

For that you get, based on a 38-hour workweek:

- A salary in scale 5 (€ 3120,- to - € 4161,-).
The terms of employment below only apply once you actually start working for Alliander, i.e. not during your secondment period.

- On the basis of a full-time working week, an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% of your gross annual salary, including ADV. If you do not work full-time, you are not entitled to ADV and you will receive 12.8 IKB budget%. You decide whether to use this for extra days off or extra salary.
- A year-end bonus in December of 5.94%.
- A company car, laptop and cell phone
- A pension accrual with ABP, especially for government and education. We contribute 70% of your pension premium.
- Paid parental leave. Logical, because the law requires a total of 9 weeks at 70% of your salary. After that, it's unpaid. We do that differently. We continue to pay that 70% for your entire leave period.

Of course we have a lot more! Read more about all your benefits
